LB Aycardo Enterprises Incorporated
LB Aycardo Enterprises Inc. (LBAEI) is a Philippine based company involved in the sales and distribution of veterinary products. It caters to the needs of poultry farms, pig farms and feed mills. For decades, the company employs a manual method in its sales and inventory system. This method has consumed countless man hours of file handling, collation and analysis of company data.
Islandcoders Incorporated was tasked to automate the system of LBAEI.
Tasks:
1. System Analysis and Design of current system.
2. Network installation of the main office of LBAEI.
3. Server Installation.
4. Staff training.
The system analysis and design of LBAEI yielded some impressive results. Solutions for the basic sales and inventory system were created and other additional features were added. Some areas of the company’s accounting system (Check payment management and monitoring) were incorporated into the customized solution.
Islandcoders Incorporated used WAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL and PHP) for the proposed customized solution.
The main office of LBAEI now has wired and wireless capabilities. A server running on WAMP now hosts the company’s system. Office staff and salesmen can now encode their data anywhere in the office. Managers now save hours collating data because such reports are available to them at a click of a mouse button.
Anticipating future developments, Islandcoders Incorporated designed the system to accommodate internet access so that salesmen can directly encode their data from the field.
