Aycardo Veterinary Center Incorporated
AVCI (Aycardo Veterinary Center Incorporated) is a state of the art veterinary hospital based in Cebu City, Philippines. Armed with the latest in diagnostic and therapeutic equipments, highly trained staff, international animal handling procedures and hospital grade facilities, it aims to cater to the needs of all animal companions within its area.
Islandcoders Incorporated was tasked to design and create AVCI's business system. This system would oversee all procedures from animal check-in to check-out and everything in between.
Running on a Linux server and powered by the perfect triumvirate of Apache, MySQL and PHP, the server would house a host of systems:
Patient Monitoring System: This would monitor all client activities. From the basic client and animal information to pet housing, therapy, query and reporting. Physical examination, laboratory results and progress notes are only a few features included in this system.
Animal Diagnostic System: This would include years of veterinary study into one huge database. Aimed to aid the veterinarian in his or her diagnostics, patient differential diagnostics would be available in just a few steps. Caters to unlimited number of clinical signs, symptoms and laboratory results.
Accounting System: This covers the practice's revenue. Sales, client queries, reporting and trending are found here. Available only to a select few (example: Stock holders) , the business could easily be monitored and analyzed.
